Patricio Perez

Patricio is a founding partner of Continental Risk Advisors and leads the firm's enterprise risk and board advisory practice. He works with bank and non-bank financial institutions on the work that does not delegate — risk appetite, the three lines, audit committee reporting, and the kind of regulatory remediation a CEO carries personally.

Before CRA, he spent his career inside the financial services industry as a senior risk management and audit executive. He has built and rebuilt governance, risk, and compliance models for institutions navigating complex change — new charters, new products, new examiners — and has led teams executing against open regulatory actions through to closure.

He is a member of The National Executive Roundtable, where he advises peers across the industry on board-level risk and audit matters. He is based in South Florida and works in English and Spanish at full senior register, across the Americas.

At CRA, his fingerprints are on the disciplines that touch the board: internal audit reporting, enterprise risk management frameworks, regulatory response programs, and the audit committee materials clients put their name on.
